I might be one of 8 people in the country who loves lima beans. Trying to get my grubby little lima bean loving hands on a bag of lima beans is like searching for gold nuggets. I’m telling you, they are nowhere to be found in my area.
So I got 5 bags. I would’ve purchased more, but my freezer can’t handle more than that. I don’t like my freezer very much.
My love for limas led me to Google them. And hey! I’m not the only one (besides my mom and sis) who loves them! There’s even an article about them here. Long live the lima!

I like how the “Baby Lima beans” package has a mother and child on it, as if to show that, like humans, lima beans have babies too.
